No Plans, but I succeeded

I've never been a people person; I just wasn't interested in interacting with others. I preferred my own company and done well at school and university, had no close friends and didn't even interact with my family much at all. But thanks to coming from a well to family and the internet I was able to find a quiet place to live away from people, a trip once a week to get whatever I wanted. That was all my interpersonal contact I wanted, of course I got calls from my family. I never rang them, and I was happy to live away from the people of the community. But there are things you can't get out of like family events (weddings and funerals) birthdays parties were easily sidestepped. At my sister's wedding I met her sister-in-law same age as me and same temperament as me and so we were paired at the wedding. Amazingly we got on very well, like Shelton and Amy from Big Bang Theory and I told of my peaceful retreat as I called my home. She asked would I mind her visiting me there, I said she was welcome to visit. Something I never said to anyone else, even my parents were never invited, they just turn up. She visited really loved my place and became regular visitor, then we became lovers and finally married. The only downside was more family visits and extra house built next to mine for family visitors as we have 3 children now. But mostly we've a peaceful life and only family visiting 10 years on from my marriage.
