A cousin by marriage

My father's brother had 3 children, and they were always with their cousins when I visited. I'm an only child no siblings and only cousins were my uncle's three and you could probably say their cousins as well. Those they weren't exactly cousins; we acted as if we were. Over time as I grew up, I saw no different between my actual cousins and their cousins in relationship to myself. Then after starting my career and doing fairly well, I got promoted and a transfer away from my parents. Not in any relationship but did date and done fairly well I believe. I was alone in a strange city no close family, I thought, but then heard an extended cousin (not blood related) was working in the same city. She and I had been around each other most of our lives growing up. She had gone to college and now worked as a dental receptionist. I hadn't a local dentist at the time and decided to get a checkup, mainly as a way of seeing her without me having to make first contact. She was happy to see me, and we arranged to meet up after work. Started seeing each other quite a lot, then the pandemic started, I was set my own 2bed apartment and could work from home. Well, she was laid off and would be soon in trouble financially. Being a thoughtful "cousin", I offered her my spare room. She of course took up my offer and moved in with me the day before a lockdown started. Even in my apartment building strict rules governed your movements, individual time for each to do their laundry and no personal interaction with others outside your own apartment. My cousin and I always had gotten on very well growing up. So together almost 24/7 during the lockdown, we could've gone stir crazy but instead we became lovers. By the time the lockdown ended, I'd gotten her pregnant by mutual consent. We'd decided we were meant for each other and would marry a week before our baby daughter was born. Earliest we could get the families all together. My cousin by marriage is now my actual wife.
