Perfect Friendship

This started in 2021, I'd just bought myself a new home. Having decided I wanted space around me, not other apartments. I'd inherited everything from my parents who passed away in 2018. They were in their late thirties and early forties when they had me. So, at 32 I'd no siblings, parents or any other close relatives. My new home was on a corner and in a quiet area, I work from home every chance I get. I only had one close neighbor Irene 59 widowed lived alone. Anyway, I shop on Saturdays and one rainy Saturday I was driving the 3miles to the supermarket saw Irene walking towards it in the rain. So, I stopped and offered her a lift, she gladly accepted. We done our shopping and returned to our homes; Irene usually walked to the supermarket twice weekly. I told her I always go Saturday and if she wanted, I would be happy to take her with me. She was happy to accept and that became our normal Saturday routine thereafter. Overtime we started having meals together and in 2022 became lovers. Friends with benefits you could say, it started because of a blackout and one thing led to another. As we enjoyed each other's company, we continue having sex regularly ever since.
