New Neighbor wanted a Baby

I'm Raymond 30 was doing well career wise, lousy in my love life. That was until I met Samantha 37 successful career woman, she moved in early April. Like me she didn't have much in the way of a love life. We even worked for the same company and she was to be my new boss, but she wasn't starting there for a fortnight after moving in. She had taken leave to finalize some things, was all I was told. Samantha wanted children, at least one and she was going to find a guy fuck him and get pregnant. Her plan, she met me on her arrival. As the Elevator was under repair and she had 2 bags I offered to carry them up the 4 flights of stairs for her. I didn't know she was my new boss at the time and was just being a good neighbor and I was just across the hallway from her. The old building was being renovated and the elevator would be out for a week. Samantha was lucky, her furniture was delivered the day before the elevator was taken out of service. So it put in her apartment using the elevator, we got only got to first name basis and relationship status(lack of) on our meeting. Anyway I must've impressed Samantha, as she simply decided there and then I would be her impregnator. She took the lead as she knew what she wanted and I was seduced (willingly). It was the third day before she told me of her new job and I told her I also worked there. It might seem strange, but sex was the main thing on our minds at first. Samantha was using me to get pregnant and wasn't thinking of marrying me, just getting pregnant. For me it was my lucky day sex, sex and more sex. I didn't think that much about it, anyway she said so we will work together and nobody besides us need know of our sexual relationship. I was quite willing to keep the secret as I was getting sex and if keeping my mouth shut meant more sex. I would be silence for ever, anyway when did start work, she needed a PA and I was a contender and as the other contender Robyn was a married woman I got picked. The reason was I was single able to travel short notice, Robyn got my old job and it came with a wage rise. I on the other hand kept the same wage, I wasn't sure if sex was part of my duties with Samantha. It wasn't but it still happened, as we were as Samantha benefit friends. The benefit was sex every now and then, in June Samantha tested positive to being pregnant and told me I was the father and not to tell anyone. At first I thought I had done something wrong and gotten her pregnant, but after I said sorry and I would help anyway I could. She told me she had used me to get pregnant and that she really wanted a child. I was a little shocked at first, but I was happy to have helped. Her being pregnant hasn't changed much except I've moved across the hallway and sleep with Samantha, it wasn't planned that way. But my lease was up and I couldn't renew as the owners were returning. Samantha decided she wanted me close by, especially for her later pregnancy period. As I've proven to be trustworthy in keeping her secrets, also I've said if she wants another child I more than willing to help again. The baby girl is due early in the new year.
