I'm Frazer 32 soon to marry and have 1 on the way, short history. My uncle Roscoe died and I was his only living heir thru my late mother Katherine. My father died of drinking too much and drove off the road and into a lake, while trying to outrun the police, he had already lost his license before for D U I. Roscoe was very well off and had 2 children of his own, but one died of cancer and the other on military service. So that left me, I had done university and done okay and worked in a law firm in the same city as Roscoe, but hardly saw him. My mother also died of cancer 8 years ago, 2 years after my father died. So I got everything, Roscoe's wife Christine had no close relatives. I took over his businesses and found it a bit hard to keep track of of the different ones. So I went thru their history and sold off the ones that weren't preforming well. Finally I had one left a laundry service and it was doing great. Dry cleaning or just washing clothes and ironing them for busy people. The Laundry opened at 6am and closed at 9pm and was busy all the time. I could see there was a problem as the equipment was old and worn out and needed upgrading. I was lucky as the building next door was for sale and with money from the other businesses I bought and had it fitted out as a laundry with updated equipment. But there is always something old that isn't improved by new machines, either they don't bother to make a newer machine or it not as good as the older one. In the laundry was an old steam powered dryer that wasn't made and no new replacement was available. It was the reason the laundry could handle all the laundry in a day. I couldn't move it to the new building, so I made a doorway joining both buildings. After starting in the new building I slowly update the machines in the old building, which allowed the laundry to handle more work. I was busy with the new building and upgrades and was very long hours. The laundry already had a manager Lorraine 52 and 13 other staff male and female most over 50. The exceptions were Margaret 48 Lorraine's sister and Kirsten 28 Margaret's daughter. Lorraine opened the Laundry and left at 11 and returned at 4 to finish and close up. As I had increased the laundry, I needed more staff as the work increased and more machine to monitor. I told Lorraine to get what she thought was needed and she hired 4 more staff all in their late forties or so. I was working with Lorraine a great deal and we had sex after locking up one night.
