My Island Home

I'm Alexander, Alex for short 44 and very well off financially. I'm single as is not married, but in a relationship with niece Mary 25 my only living close relative. I was the youngest of 2 and my brother John, Mary's father was 8 years older than me. He married had Mary with his wife and when Mary was 20 both passed away in a airplane accident, John loved flying and was in his own small plane and it crashed after a bird strike. Mary had just started university and with no parents nor grandparents anymore. As My parents had predeceased John and Mary's mother Julianne parents were also passed on. Julianne had no siblings and no close relatives as far as Mary knew. So I became her only close relative and it was to me she came during her breaks from university. Also I had just bought my island and was getting set up to suit my lifestyle. I like peace and quiet and hadn't ever married, had romances. But nothing that caused me to even think of marriage. With the death of John and Julianne. Mary is the bookish type rather read than go partying or others things. If she goes shopping, she'll be in a bookshop more than any other shop. So when the pandemic hit she had to leave the university and return to my island before the lockdown started. My island has everything I or she could need, internet and landline phone connections and great cellphone coverage. Self contain power and everything else needed to live comfortably. I have a dock on the shoreline to get my deliveries left and a 5 minute boat ride to pick them up. My island has only one are you can land on it which attracted to it in the first place and my home and boatshed are there. Nobody can come onto my island without my knowledge, I also have security cameras installed. With Mary returning to stay longer than usual as the university was closing to go internet learning instead of face to face. I wouldn't be alone all the time, Mary was quieter than a mouse mostly and only when I saw her swimming naked. Did I realize she was now a grown woman and she has a great body. I decided to join her swimming and got naked and joined her, that gave her a shock. But she recovered and we started swimming naked together regularly. As time passed we got closer and than one day I kissed her she kissed me back and I bedded her. Since then she sleeps with me every night and after 17 months of our sexual relationship she got pregnant and all test show the baby is fine. Mary didn't return to the university preferring to continue her learning online. Mary is quite happy to be my lover and I'm very happy to have her as mine.
