I married into a Family of Preppers

I'm Henry now 35 married 8 children and now the patriarch of my extended family. Twelve years ago I married Judith then 20, she worked at the local supermarket and I worked there also. I like her and asked her out and we when out several times and ended up sleeping together and then marrying 8 months later. Her father Paul was 63 at the time and lived out of town on his property with Judith and her younger sister Meagan and their mother Cheryl. My parents had divorced years before and my father had cleared out and I hadn't heard from him since, my mother Joan drank herself to death. Passing away when I was 20 and so after the marriage I moved in with Judith and her family. Paul thought the world was heading for another dark age and so had built his property into a fortress and started storing up essentials and growing crops and raising animals. I hadn't ever rode a horse before meeting Judith, but learnt and also learnt how to maintain everything on the property. Horses, Paul said would be essential as there wouldn't any fuel available and horses also ploughed the fields and were used for transport. We had my old pickup and Paul's pickup to use while fuel was available with several drums kept on the property as a reserve. No more needed for a large amount as it would run out at some point and we had the horses. Paul also taught me how to use a coal forge and repair the plough and make knifes and axes, along with weapons likes spears, swords and arrowheads. I always got on well with Paul and was sad when he passed away in late 2017. He was convinced that the new dark age had started with as he called it the Devil's spawn being elected and told me to prepare for the breaking down of everything. Lies, Plaque and riots would follow and then a period of calm before the worst part would begin. After Paul's death at the age 67, I was left with Judith (pregnant) then 30 and our 2 children and Megan then 27 still single and Cheryl then 48. Over the following months and only me working and the arrival of our third child, Judith asked me to allow Meagan into our bed and I did as she requested and Meagan quickly got pregnant and had twins. I was asked to also have Cheryl into our bed as she felt lonely and so I became the husband in actions with all the women. Cheryl was passed having children and when Judith got pregnant again and matched Meagan by having twins herself. Last year Meagan got pregnant again and had a girl last May. Cheryl sleeps with us all and is my regular sex provider. Both Judith and Meagan work at the supermarket now and I work at the hardware (since 2018) now and had to learn how to use a computer. Still preparing for the dark times ahead.
