Small Town

I'm Jeff now 23 builder, married and 2 children. I work with my father and grandfather in their building and home maintenance business. We work in our small town and other places near and far. Being in a small town has a lot of advantages and some disadvantages like your mother is a teacher and teaches you sex education at school. It was really embarrassing, also you could never avoid going to school. But the biggest problem is that your family makes up most of the town. I mean my uncles, aunts and cousins, its seems that just about the whole town related in someway to us. My uncle Karl is the local sheriff and his wife Ruby is the local pharmacist and my third cousin Beryl is our local doctor and her brother Gary is the denist. Even great uncle Raymond is the local undertaker. You name it, if it is in our town our family or a relative is probably involved somewhere. Your known by everyone and you can't do anything without a relative knowing about it. When I was 20 I was working away from home for a couple of months I met a girl called Elizabeth who was 19 at the time and we hit it off straight away and we were soon sleeping together and going steady. Elizabeth told me that she had to go to a large family reunion. I must have been on stupid pills or something that I didn't realize that my family were go to a family get together also. So when everyone was together, I ran into Elizabeth and yes she's a relative a second cousin of such like on my mother's side. I was a bit taken aback and so was she, so I went and talked to my great grandmother Helen on my fathers side. She the matriarch of the family on my fathers side. I told her everything and introduced Elizabeth to her and she told us not to worry about it just be happy. It was then that Elizabeth told us that she was pregnant and she asked Helen if there would any problems with the baby. Helen she didn't think there would be, but there are tests that would pickup any problems early in the pregnancy and not to worry. So 3 weeks after the reunion, Elizabeth and I got engaged and married a month later and 4 and a half months later baby Donald jr named after my Grandfather and Elizabeth's Father. Dianne our daughter arrived 18 months later.
