My Landlady

I'm Kevin 26 single now unemployed due to the coronavirus. I live in a boarding house and was planning on leaving as I wouldn't be able to pay my rent. But Anna 57 the owner of the house made an offer, that I decided to accept. Anna is divorced and of slim build and okay on the eyes. She asked me to sleep with her as payment for my rent, I was a little shocked at first. Mainly because I'm no handsome stud, I'm average and a quiet by nature. When I asked her why she wanted me and not some better looker, she said she wanted no competition. I decided why not and started to sleep with her most nights and she has taught me a great deal. I also do work around the boarding house and last week another guest moved out and Anna had me move into their room as it was beside hers and it had a connecting door behind the wardrobes. After some work I made it so the wardrobes were off the floor and hinged so they worked like a door. The door between I removed and I can now go to and from her room unseen. Anna used her contacts and got me a job interview next Monday. I'm very happy with the arrangement, fucking Anna several times a week and she even pays me for repairs I do for her. But I'm still allowed to look for a girl friend closer to my own age. But I'm not in a hurry as yet.
