Retirement

I retired early as my wife was very ill and I wanted to be with her more, sadly she passed away a year later. But I'd the knowledge that I'd spent every minute I could with her in her last year. It wasn't sudden it was known she wouldn't recover, once everything was settled, I could've return to working. But chose to stay retired, gave the family home to my daughter (only child) and her family and went travelling. After some months I visited my daughter and her family, who had her mother-in-law (mil) staying with them after the death of her husband (fil). So, while I was visiting, I was partnered with the mil at dinners and other outings. She is a nice-looking woman and 6 years younger than me and as my daughter and her family went to a wedding (work colleague) in the next state. I was alone with the mil, and we went out for dinner and a movie and back at the house had sex in her room. On the return of my daughter and her family, we would go for a drive and have sex. Finally, my daughter suggested I marry her mil, as she had noticed how close we had gotten. Not realizing we were already lovers, with her husband supporting her I asked his mother to marry me, and she accepted. A month later we were married, and I bought the house across the street. It was smaller than my old house and suited people of our age group. We had a honeymoon and moved in on our return, quickly becoming the child carer of the family. I'm happy with my new life long may it continue.
