Working for my uncle

I'm married and have 2 children and had another on the way, so no sex at home. I'm the HR manager for my uncle business and started to wonder about having an affair. But I realized it could damage my marriage as my lover might want more than just a sexual relationship. Not wanting to ruin my marriage I was about to forget the whole thing, when a woman came to my notice. She was 20 years older than me and job had been made redundant, she looked quite good for her age. I saw on her file she was widowed and the wheels in my head start to whirl. Maybe sex with a mature woman passed having children was the answer to my lack of sex. Especially when she said she was willing to do anything in her quest to keep her job. But I didn't act straight away as I was called to see my uncle. My uncle was on an efficiently drive in his businesses, most was done, and his scope was limited. But HR was untouched, and he saw the chance of making it more efficient. My job was safe, but he wanted me to take over the other HR sections and make just the one section a sort of one stop shop. He had a no sacking policy and surplus employee were found work in his businesses. A combined HR would make that a lot easier he said, staff come and go so spare staff wouldn't be spare long. But it meant extra work for me and so he said I should get an assistant. A promotion also and walking back to my offices I thought of the mature woman. I'd her come to see me and asked her straight what she was willing to do. Anything was her reply and, never could be called backward I offered her the job as my assistant and mentioned sex was required in the job. Shocked, but she accepted the job, and I took her to her home and had sex with her and then visited other parts of the business. With her willing to have sex with me and getting a secure job on a higher wage in return. I was set as they say, we were together most days and even some weekends especially in the setup period of the one large HR section. My wife met her and liked her, sex was anytime I wanted it. In the 2 years since it started it has worked perfectly. Only major change is her address she lives closer to me and my family and is regularly over at my home after work. My wife doesn't know I'm fucking my assistant and is always happy to see her.
