Homeless Mature Lady

I'm nothing special in looks or body, at 33 I've no girlfriend. But am quite well off financially and own several properties around my home city. Mostly industrial and my own 3bedroom home which as an 1bedroom annex. While investigating a potential property (December 2023) purchase late afternoon, I saw a woman living rough. Had all her belonging in a shopping cart. Not that interested at first, but after viewing the property I was in my car preparing to leave. Just finishing a phone call, I saw the woman open up her overcoat she had a great looking body, and her face was fairly good looking as well from what I could see. My interest sparked I decided to assist her, maybe I could get some benefit myself I thought. So, I approached the woman, she was of course wary of me, but I don't look very threatening. An offer of assistance and a warm place to sleep was too much to refuse. Especially as it was starting to snow, I brought her to my home showed her the annex. Left her to settle in, I ordered in takeout for us. Made no advances at the time, preferred to let her get to know me first. By winning her trust I would've more chance of fucking her, then trying the first evening we were together. If I have one virtue, it's patience. I busied myself with the property I'd viewed, I wanted to buy it bat at a lower price than it was offered at. I used my usual tactic of listing any and all faults I'd noticed, plus a couple I made up. My offer was full price if they fixed all the faults or a reduced offer if they didn't fix any. I was hoping they wanted to sell quickly and would accept the lower offer; I'd a 90% success rate with that approach. This time it worked again, now I turned to my next project. The woman I'd brought home that evening, three days had passed. I was always friendly never tried anything; she had relaxed a great deal around me compared to the first time we met. But she wasn't yet comfortable in my view, and I wanted her comfortable before making any move. Then I'd to go interstate on business, I hadn't expected having actually meet the owners of a business I was dealing with via the internet. I'd made them think I was more than a man show in property management. So, I decided to take Maureen 50 (my house guest) with me and pass her off as my PA. She knew my line of work and how I was a solo operator and was quite willing to help me. I made the arrangement for our trip and set about transforming Maureen into a PA. Makeover top to bottom, factory seconds clothing and full beaty treatment. I was stunned how good she looked when she was transformed. The business knew I wasn't a big business, but I'd made out I'd staff and wasn't doing everything by myself. We arrived and put on a show that we were players not wannabes. Maureen was great, she even got a job offer from them. But as she was just acting as a PA, she refused it. Anyway, they decided to lease the property we were in talks about. But it would come back to bite me later. As a result, we partied hard at our hotel and became lovers. Now I'd bedded her I was very happy with myself. On our return I started the makeover process of the property I'd been investigating and had bought when I first saw Maureen. Now regular lovers I was happy to have her stay with me. I was approached by other property owners to manage their properties for them. My success was becoming known, at first, I wasn't going to accept. But as Maureen was learning the ropes you could say I decided to give it a go. I realized I would need an office and 2 separate trust accounts for their bonds and rent payments. I'm a fully qualified accountant and real estate agent, I also realized I would need more staff and offices. I already had offices which were vacant I'd just bought them and was having some minor repairs done. Before I would put them up for rental, I hired 3 extra people all women 2 for office staff and the third for property inspections and dealing with the lease holders. As for Maureen she was still my PA/lover, as the weeks passed Maureen grew mor confident in her job. I also bought another property and office staff was doing very well. I kept my personal properties separate from the managed ones. Then the interstate business came calling, no problems with the leased property. They had decided to expand into my city faster than they had first thought too. They were wanting me to find another 3 properties for them. Luckily, I had offices and staff, but not enough to do such a large amount of extra work. Always the showman I'd extra 3 desks in the business offices, which made it look like I'd more staff than I did. Given a list of their requirements, Maureen started checking for available properties. I sort more real estate staff. Which was easier than I first thought it would be, Maureen quickly found one property, not for lease but sale. She did my usual tactic and bought it sight unseen; I usually investigate my purchases. But we were against the clock, Maureen and my inspection officer viewed next day and found some faults, but easily fixed ones. Another property was up for lease and sale and one of my new staff knew all about, having been fired by the very agency that was handling its sale. Armed with the extra knowledge, we bought it as well. The last property was the hardest to find, Maureen came to rescue again. She knew of an old garage building, closed for many years and on enquiry we found the owner. A corporation who had forgotten they even owned it and the reason they had even bought in the first place. Maureen and I approached them and got it, but it costed us more than I wanted to pay, as we'd work to do to make it suitable for the client. I let Maureen handle all contact with the client and she even hired another office girl Jane 27. Mainly because she came in and asked if we had any jobs going. The girl also needed a place to live as my annex was free as Maureen had moved into my bedroom. I got another woman living with me, with Maureen playing cupid she became my lover than wife last month. My solo business is expanding, first a PA Maureen, then 2 office girls and lease inspecting agent and 3 real estate agents and then my secretary Jane (my wife) promoted by Maureen and finally a goffer to handle sign erections and removal. My offices have a second floor which was unused, but with my business expanding as it is. My plans to lease it out have been put on hold. Maureen is still my lover and a lover to my pregnant wife ae well. I've haven't paid Maureen anything since she came to live with me, and I offered to pay her. She has refused saying she feels like part of my family and prefers it that way. But I've have made her and Jane partners in the business.
