I'm the oldest of 4 and moved away from home after university to start my career in 2013 and quickly realized owning my own home was better than renting. I bought a 3bed house nothing flash and was content to progress my career. Paying off the home loan being the top priority in my life after my career. It was then I was called by my mother, telling me my aunt was caught without a home and needed a place to live in the lockdown. My aunt my father's youngest sibling and he was the oldest of the 4 with a 13-year age gap between them. Of course, I agreed to take her in as she was a great cook and I'm really bad at cooking. She arrived the next day and I let her have the main bedroom as I was using the second bedroom as a home office as it was bigger than the third bedroom and I didn't need a large bedroom just to sleep in. We got on very well and I worked from home, and she kept the house and done all the cooking. which she preferred to do, not a fan of my beans on toast, I think.
