Single again

I got divorced at 39 and my 2 children prefer their mother to me, so as I wouldn't get any custody, I made a single payment for their support in a trust fund. My ex-wife also got single payment and at 40 I was free and clear of paying for my family ever again. As I wasn't required to stay in contact with any of them, I sold up what I had left and departed. Not telling anyone where I was going, I was going start again. But a long way from my previous life. I wasn't interested in starting a new family and so avoided relationships at first. Living of my investments and playing the stock market, got great information from corporation websites and made a killing as the saying goes. Which was large so attracted interest in my good fortune, but I was able to prove I had made my investment due to legally available information. So, they dropped their investigation of me and now flush with cash as they say. Living close by a small town just getting by like many others these days. I was interested in another property, but the owners weren't interested in selling. But I'm not one to give up easily and saw a chance to get the property cheaply. By marriage, there was 2 women living on the property. Two sisters in their late forties and a daughter 27 of the older sister. None were centerfold models, but they were all fuckable in my book.
