Starting anew

I'm Ken 30 single and now work in the city, I came to to the city in March to start my new job and reboot my life. I had been in a relationship and it busted up last year. I decided a change in my life was warranted and looked for work in a new location. On arriving in the city I was able to an apartment 3 blocks from my new workplace. I settled in fairly quickly but didn't look for any close friendships straight away. I kept to myself at first and didn't go out much at all, it was early May when I decided I was ready to join in the nightlife again. I started accepting invitations from work colleagues, I think they were still wondering about me as I seemed to busy to interact or socialize with them before. I told them I had a lot of family issues on first arriving in the city and they were now settled. I wasn't trying to get a girlfriend and had a couple of one night stands. But I was invited to the coast for a weekend and had a nice time. Sleeping with a colleague from work, Susan 36 divorced worked in the company accounts section as a supervisor. She became a regular sex partner, those she wasn't interested in any relationship.
This suited me just fine, thru her I met her sister Janet 28 dental assistant and we soon started seeing each regularly. But I am also still fucking Susan and Janet knows and joins us sometimes. As they live together, then last week they were informed that the building that they lived in was to be redeveloped. Also, if they would move out quickly they would each get a payment of $2500 to help with their relocation costs. As I had 2 bedrooms and they were sleeping over with me often, they asked would I mind if they moved in with me. Saying they would share the spare bedroom when they weren't sharing mine. I was okay that and they moved in on the weekend, they offered me some of there relocation money. But I told them to keep it, they are yet to use the spare bedroom.
