After my Divorce

I (44) was single again after I was divorced (2022), having married at 18. Our 2 children were self-supporting and so child support. Instead of alimony she took a lump payment and our house, no more payments from me. She remarried 5 months later, I relocated to another state, not the favor of the month with either of my children. I thought a clean break would best for us all me mostly. Great job easily got the transfer I required, as I could do my job just as well anywhere. At first, I wasn't ready to start a relationship and could also be thought a bit hostile towards women. But I realized not all women were the same and not all men were angels either.
