Have to move

I run a business that employs 70+ employees depending on the day. I employ mostly cross border workers but getting them now has become a struggle. I do employ locals (9) as supervisors, office staff and truck drivers. I'm married to a Mexican gorgeous woman and also fuck her mother. But because of border problems, I've decided to close my business and move over the border. I've found a bigger building to base my business and won't have the same level of hassles of employees crossing over the border every day. My current local staff can if they wish cross the border and keep their jobs by working in Mexico and returning home every night. Otherwise, I'll hire Mexicans to replace them, it's a bit funny to me as they were all for a tougher border and tariffs, not so much now. Won't be much of a hassle to me as I speak Spanish. Have already bought my new home and the building for my business.
