Hotel Maid

I was living in a hotel while my new home was being renovated for me to move in. It was supposed to take just 2weeks, but the pandemic lockdown started, and the finishing of my house was put on hold. Not concerned at first as I thought wouldn't be long, but as it dragged on. Not only was bored not able to do anything much, the cost of the hotel wasn't a to concern me. As I'm quite well off, but there was one bright spot to my day, the hotel maid who done my room was gorgeous. She sprayed the room with spray on entering and wore a mask like I'd too, done the room and left. As the lockdown dragged on her cheery mood changed, she was upset I thought at first, I thought she had lost someone to the pandemic. She hadn't, the staff had been told the hotel was closing down and they wouldn't have jobs once the lockdown was lifted. It was planned before the pandemic and the lockdown stop it from happening at the time. But there were signs the lockdown would soon end, hence her being upset. All the staff knew jobs were going to be scarce after the lockdown. After I found that out I thought I might use it to my advantage, I enquired did she cook and finding out she did, I said I was in the market for a housekeeper. She had noticed me looking at her over my stay and realized I wanted more than a housekeeper. She said she would think it over. Not a refusal, but I thought she wouldn't take the job. Only when the end of the lockdown was announced did she accept, as work possibilities were limited at best. A week after the lockdown ended my house was finally ready and we moved in, she sprayed every room with at least two cans of spray each. She didn't need to be ask as she only made the one bed for our first night together. In the years since, she and I got on very well and in late 2022 married and now have 2 children, well in November the second will be born that still counts as 2. I took the chance and haven't looked back since.
