Carer to wife

At 33 slightly overweight and in no relationship and a qualified nurse I took a job as a carer to a wealthy older man. It was a great deal better than my previous work in a hospital. Hours were longer, but no travelling to and from work as I lived in his mansion, and he had servants. Great food and a pool to swim in, after several months I'd gotten to know him very well. So, I knew of his greatest regret having no children, as he had never married. One day while he was being treated by me (massage), he asked me was I planning to have children of my own. I said I'd always planned to, but it seemed a distance dream now. He then suddenly asked me would I have a child for him, I was somewhat shocked at first and asked why me. I'm no gorgeous woman plain at best and wasn't of his social standing. He said that's why I was perfect for him; he wouldn't have the competition that he couldn't compete against due to his disability. I thought he was asking me to be a surrogate, but he was asking me to marry him. He was unable to walk without assistance, but otherwise he was healthy and functional. I was open to having child for him even before I found out he wanted to marry me, just wanted access to the child and being seen as a parent not a stranger. Once he said he wanted to marry me to have his children, I agreed and said I'll sign any prenup he wanted as long as I had access to their lives growing up. He said no prenup would be required and straight asked me to start sharing his bed from then on. A quick wedding followed 2 weeks later, but sex started that first night. No health checks made, after our marriage I was still his personal carer and was with him more than before. I got pregnant after 2months of starting sex with him and would've a son. In the years since we've 3 more children and I'm passed having children now 3boys and a girl. I've never regrated my discission in all time since it started. I could say I loved him dearly, but I prefer to say he is my very best friend and lover.
