My Neighbor

I've lived in my apartment for 6 years and don't socialize with the other tenants at all, the walls are paper thin and who hear everything in the next apartment. But I'm lucky as I have an apartment at the corner of the building and so only one neighboring apartment. Carpets on the floor cut out most of the noise from below and above. My neighboring apartment had 3 young women living there, mostly as they didn't seem to be there every night or at least all there together. Two of them were to be polite party girls. The other 28 wasn't as much of a party girl as far as I could tell. I'm 34 have a good career and not into partying at all, I was lucky my neighbors didn't party at home. Anyway, one then another found the love of their life and moved out and left one alone in apartment. She alone couldn't pay the rent by herself and was trying to find another cheaper place to live. But she then lost her job, which was really bad for her. But I was standing waiting for the elevator to come down and I heard her on her cell phone asking about sex work. Even that was had to get or whatever she wanted to do was hard to get work doing. She hadn't seen me standing there and quickly realized I must have heard everything, so she said to me going up in the elevator. She said she had sex with guys she dated and hiring herself out was different only because would get paid for it instead of giving it away. I just nodded and went to my apartment; next I was called to the boss's office offered a promotion out of the state. A new city and a good career move, I accepted, and I was told I would've to pick my own PA. Either there or find one before I went, I wasn't a dater of women and use to hire women to satisfy myself. But as I was thinking about what I wanted in a PA, I met my neighbor. Usually, I didn't talk to the other tenants, but I asked how her job hunt was going, without her answering I knew it wasn't going well. I suddenly got a brainwave and asked would she like work for me. She thought I was hiring her for sex, and said I need the money and nodded her approval. I realized my mistake and was getting a hard-on, so I went with flow as they say. As she had nothing to eat her apartment, she stayed the whole night with me, having dinner and sex and breakfast and sex again in the morning. While showering together I made an offer of a job, a place to live if she wanted it. The job was my PA, and she would live with me, and I would train her to do the PA's job and she would provide me sexual services. She was a little shocked at first, said she wasn't qualified, and I said would train you. Anyway, she decided what the hell and accepted the arrangement. I rang work told them I had broken a tooth and had to go to dentists and would be in as soon as I could. She got her stuff moved it in my apartment and rang the agents and gave up apartment leaving her keys inside the apartment. They weren't happy but it happens all the time, so they are used to it. I had sex with her again and headed to work, made all the arrangements for my new job and PA. Leaving the HR office with the impression my PA was my girlfriend, which would cover us having the same address later. Being a preexisting relationship, not office romance which were frown upon somewhat. Using my computer, I found an apartment close to my new workplace and going by the pictures took it. Things moved quickly after that I gave notice of leaving apartment and was paid in advance, so they had nothing to complain about. Unlike my new PA who was in arears. We headed off the following weekend and were living in the new city and a new apartment from the Monday following not due to start the new jobs till the following Monday. We looked around our home city and found everything we needed to find, to be able get what we needed. Also had sex regularly as well as training her for the PA's job, Computer training mainly as never used them before. But if it became stressful, we had sex. She was as ready as she could on starting the Monday, but we had a week to familiarize ourselves with the work and the office building. She stuck to me like glue, but she did okay. That was 2017 and she is still my PS/lover and has another title also wife we married in 2020 before pandemic, not because she was pregnant, but she was by the end the lockdown. We've 2 children now, the company has a child-minding unit to keep mother working for the company it's cheaper than hiring and training new staff. My PA/wife is a great mother, I haven't regret one moment of our time together and she says the same. Also, a great PA.
