Sleeping Rough

Last year my apartment building caught on fire and it was beyond repair and was knocked down later. I lost most of my stuff and couldn't find a place to stay for 5 days. So I slept in my car and showered at work. While sleeping in my car at night I met other people sleeping rough. I told some why I was sleeping rough, but I don't think they believed me. I met Karen 31 she was homeless, she slept under overpasses or in alley ways, she was unemployed and couldn't find a job. You hear about all the jobs being created and the percentage of unemployment stays the same. On a very cold night I offered Karen a place in my car to sleep. She accepted and we talk a while before sleeping. Next morning I went to work and Karen went looking for spot work to earn a couple of bucks. We met again in the evening and she slept in car again that night and we started kissing and had sex. We didn't use protection, but I pulled out before cumming. The day at work my boss Ruth told me of a building the company owned and that it had a office with bathroom and a small kitchenette. He said I could live there if I wanted, it was a 2 story building rented shops on the ground floor and unrented office on top. I accepted sight unseen. During lunch he and I went and had a look at it, it was twice as big as my old apartment. Only the bathroom was separated by walls from the rest of the tiled office space. After lunch we arranged for me to lease the office as a apartment and the boss had it cleaned so I could move in on the weekend. That evening I was with Karen and told her that had got a place to live asked if she would like to live with me. You don't have to take me just because we had sex she said. I really like you and want you to live with me. I took her by the office now apartment and showed it to her, I said we'll have to get some furniture on Saturday and hope that they can deliver it that day. She said That next day (Friday) she would a secondhand furniture and we could at lunch time and arrange for delivery. I gave her the key to apartment so she could be there for the deliveries. They said They would deliver between 3 and 5pm that day. After work I went to the apartment and Karen was put away things and had made the bed. We didn't have a stove, or a lot of electrical appliances except a kettle and toaster. So went out for pizza that night and later had sex at the apartment. Next morning we went shopping for kitchen appliances and a frypan and some pots. What ever we wanted, that afternoon we cleaned out an old storage area behind the building for parking my car off the street. We settled in to life in the office/apartment. On Monday morning I sign a 5 year lease with the company for the office/apartment. It was mainly for insurance and legal reasons that it was made offical. Karen and I have been living there since and she scored a job at my work as the boss found a job for her. We now work at the same place and are really getting on very well.
