Skiing

I 36 bought a cabin in the mountain's years ago and it was in rough shape at the time and had not power connected and a short rough dirt road to it. Getting power connected was my first action and having the road graded the next. Watching an old movie "Cool Hand Luke" gave me the idea to surface the road with asphalt and sand. But I was convinced by the contractor I hired to do the road to use gravel and sand. First, he laid asphalt to the cabin and then gravel asphalt again then sand and then rolled. It made a great road and has lasted well. Being a surfaced road, the snow ploughs clear it when they are working on the road to the ski field. So, I go skiing every winter and my cabin is the perfect place only 3 and a half miles from ski slopes. I enjoy skiing and it is well known at my workplace about my cabin. A woman 32 widowed 1 child started working at my workplace and she is a very keen skier as well. She had plans to go skiing during our Christmas break but couldn't get a booking at the ski lodge. My cabin was mentioned, and she heard I was going and asked would I like company. I wasn't expecting any romance when I said she could join me with her 5-year-old daughter. Instead of taking 2 vehicles we went in mine, the cabin has 2 bedrooms, and I gave the bigger one for her and her daughter to use. We had 2 weeks off and would stay as long as we wanted, and I could easily drive her to a bus stop if she wanted to return earlier. The first few days were great, skiing was great, and we all had great fun. We got close and shared the same bed one night and there after we shared the same bed. We had started a relationship and it progressed to marriage and now we've 3 children and I've adopted her daughter. The small bedroom at the cabin is our bedroom and the other is the children's bedroom. But only for this year as we're getting the cabin enlarged next year.
