I inherited an Island

An uncle had only heard of died and it was a shock to me I got everything from him in his will. Having never met the uncle that I could remember and wondered why I got everything he owned. The answer was simple I was male and the last male in his family line and I was related thru my deceased father. I was comfortable and my family was fairly well off and at 28 I was doing okay career wise and single. I had 2 younger sisters both at university and my mother the career woman. I had my own place and offered to share my inheritance with them, and they say they didn't want any of it. There wasn't much cash, but several properties a house that was about to fall down due foundation issues and a block of 6 apartments rent controlled and somewhat strange a 16-acre island. The house I sold as it was too much trouble for me to fix and the apartment building, I also sold as I didn't what the hassles that came with it. So, I was left with the island and no idea what to do with it. My mother told me to see it before making a decision of what I would do with it. As it was their break time my sisters came along for the trip. At our first glance it was unimpressive, and I was already thinking of selling it. But on actually visiting the island we got a shock, in the center of the island was a house well maintained and very comfortable and a hidden beach we hadn't seen before. It dawned on us that our uncle preferred the island to everything else he owned and both I and my sisters realized it would a great summer vacation spot. With rental potential as well, on our return my mother made the trip to investigate it further and she agreed with our decision to keep the island. I made some small improvements to suit our needs, satellite internet and phone connection being the main ones. I decided to try it out for a while and move there for a couple of weeks and my girlfriend joined me and we had already been sexually active the island made us more so. She got pregnant due to our stay on the island, and I had proposed before we returned, and she had accepted. So, less precautions had followed the proposal and she got pregnant. As I could work from home like my soon to be wife, we chose to make our home on the island for most of the year. Marrying next month and having our honeymoon on the island.
