How I got my wife

Back in 2021 I inherited a farm from an uncle who died due the pandemic, I was no farmer and intended to sell the farm as soon as I could. But I decided first to view the farm and then I would be better able to access its worth. It wasn't in great condition but was still worth more than I'd been offered. But then I got a strange offer from the next-door neighbor to the farm. He was unable to buy the farm with money. But would give me his niece 22 as my wife instead of actual money. At first, I thought it was a weird joke and I must admit I'm nothing special in build or looks and didn't do well with woman and never got dates. But had paid to lose my virginity when I was 23 and at university, now 31 single skinny and in a good career I had everything except a wife. I was going to tell him no deal, but his niece arrived, and she was gorgeous. Once introduce, she said she would do as her uncle said and with a clause inserted into the contract, if she left me, I get the farm back I gave him the farm after our marriage. She has proved to be a very good wife and is a great mother to our daughter and she is again pregnant as, yet we don't yet know boy or girl but should next week. Best deal I've ever made, I'm happy with the arrangement and she says she is as well.
