Promotion

I always put myself out there at work willing to do whatever job came up at any time of day or night. I was told by my uncle to put in the hard yards early and reap the benefits later. So, I done any work I was asked to do and took al jobs that were last minute and urgent. Result I was offered a junior partner position, on the other coast and of course I took it. Arriving I found it to be busy and with great advancements available to any who wanted to advance. I got my first private office and would have an assistant, picked from existing office staff as they knew the procedures already. But as I said the office was busy and almost all the office staff were busy with other partners assisting their assistants. Of the 3 who remained 2 were receptionists and the other a quiet meek woman 46, overlooked because she was so quiet. But as the only one available I got her, and she knew her job. Ask her for anything she went and got whatever it was, I saw others looking for things and my assistant knew where everything was, didn't need to look. She was just helping me until I found my permanent assistant. She wasn't pushing herself like others were and knew her job. Anyway, I had to travel to finalize a deal and one requirement was having dinner with the clients, so would've to stay overnight. Could only get one room at short notice, but it had 2 beds. At 35 and a partner I was young but had done the hard yards as my uncle had told me too. I'd no choice but to take my acting assistant with me, she looked nice, and I got on well with her. After the dinner we got back to our room and a little too much alcohol and in a party mood, I have a pass at he and she let me do what I wanted. In the morning having sobered up and decided to fuck her again and again she let me. She had no expectations of becoming my assistant, as younger women always got those jobs. But I liked her willingness to please and on getting back late on Friday night and she had a long bus ride to her place, I got her stay overnight with me and fucked her again. In the morning I drove her to her rented room and decided on my way to make her my assistant. One problem was where she lived, far away from the office and would make short notice trips harder. As her room was a week-by-week rental, I told her I wanted her as my assistant and to live with me also. She packed her belongings and came back with me. On Monday I told the office manager she was my permanent assistant, also she had to change her address. Not wanting to tell everyone in the office I was already fucking my assistant. I used an old trick; my apartment building had a name, and the floors were lettered A, B, C to J and my apartment had a number and so be like 5C. But on her change of address form, I put floor 3 apartment 5. As for the buildings address, I use numbers not the name. Nobody seeing it would think it was the same as my address, of course I could still anytime I wanted she was more of a quiet homebody then a dater. But I did take her out and had her share my bed. If I get lucky with a date, I go their place and that how it is now.
