Wife's Family

I met my wife (24) at university and after getting her pregnant married her. No problem I (25) came from a well-off family and had a trust fund. My wife had only her mother (46) and sister (20). We were still attending university along with my wife I bought a house and her mother and sister lived with us. My family were shocked but have accepted my expanded family, but they don't know of my sexual relationship with my mother-in-law. They never asked and we didn't say, I guess they were shocked by me getting my sister-in-law pregnant to think I might be doing anybody else.
