Collecting payment

I was recently divorced and a little dishearten with life, I had relocated to a quiet suburb and planned a peaceful life. As I was on a corner and warehouse behind my home, I only had 1 neighbor and she was 60 unemployed and I hadn't had much to do with her up to the time of the accident. I had a patio with covered bar area close to my neighbor's fence, I wasn't planning any parties and was planning its removal. But fate intervened and old tree in my neighbor's yard fell on it crushing to the ground. Part of the fence was also knocked down, nothing major. My neighbor was distressed because as I found out was uninsured and the cost of replacing the bar and the fence and the removal cost of the tree was really concerning her. She was all apologetic and offered to make good the damage and what caught my interest was she would do anything I wanted. I'm a bit of a chancer I push the envelope as they say and that's what ended my marriage. So, I decided to see if she really would do anything I wanted. I'm not that good looking at 47 and my neighbor has aged very well and was great looking for her age. So, I asked her for sex and waited for her to slap my face and abuse me. She stayed quiet then finally agreed, which in a way was a big shock to me. But she was willing, and I took full advantage of her acceptance. Fucking her became a regular fun pastime for me. While fucking her I learned more of her problems which I was adding too. But she still wanted to keep her word to me and so the sex continued. I had the old tree and the old bar removed and the fence repaired with a gate added. I started taking her out for dinners, movies and a concert as I enjoyed her company. I then got a promotion and decided to hire my neighbor as my assistant. Personal assistant and she is a very personal assistant to me, I told I had decided not to replace the bar and we were square as full payment was made. But added if she was still willing to share my bed every now and then I would be happy to have her. In a way I was asking her to keep fucking me and gave the chance to stop if she wanted too. She decided to continue sharing my bed and still does a year later. I don't see her as my neighbor, but as my best friend and we share great benefits together in having regular sex together.
