I'm (49) divorced and not in any relationship then or now and I got a new neighbor a sexy looking woman 30 and, on my balcony, I have a hot tub. Which she took an interest in straight away. Anyway, short version she wanted to use my hot tub and so gives me sex in return for using my hot tub. I only bought the hot tub because I had an accident and it helped with my recovery, I was thinking of selling it when my neighbor took interest in it and so I'm keeping it.
