Breakup

I broke up with my longtime girlfriend and she moved away, I should've realized as I had purposed several times and she said she wasn't ready to marry each time. I was at a loss and a mutual friend of mine, and my ex-girlfriend asked me to dinner. I accepted thinking there would be others there than just me. But it was only me and I had great meal and we talked, she didn't make any moves on me. Nor did I try anything with her, anyway we started meeting more and more. Till one day I realized we were dating; she hadn't made any sexual moves on me. I was too stupid to realize she was interested in me as a boyfriend. So, as I now realized I decided to test my realization and make a pass at her. That was the first we slept together, and she soon started staying at my place more than hers. So, I asked her to move in with me and she did, just in time for the Covid lockdown. Both able to work from home and our sexual relationship increasing, so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone she got pregnant. I myself was very happy and asked her to marry before it was actually confirmed. She accepted and we married asap after the pregnancy confirmation. We had a daughter and are both very happy especially now as she is now pregnant again.
