Visiting the Doctor

I'm 28 and hurt my knee playing football and visited my doctor. He checked it over and told me to rest it and it would improve quickly if I rubbed in liniment regularly. I was lucky his receptionist was my cousin Emma 26 and she told me to go home, rest and she would bring the liniment by after work and rub in for me. We live near each other about a block apart, I done as told and several hours Emma arrived and rubbed in the liniment. Every day for a week she would apply the liniment before and after work. The knee improved over the week; it was almost back to normal on the Friday evening. When she arrived, I asked her would she like to out for a meal as a thank you for her assistants. She agreed and we had a good meal and a few drinks and ended up in her bed. Neither of us were in a relationship or too drunk to know what we were doing at the time. We were having a great time and crowned the evening by fucking each other. Nor was there any chance of her getting pregnant. But as they say about taboos once broken, they can't be undone. We became regular companions and regular lovers as well, her lease expired, the owner of her place was selling it. So, she moved in with me and straight into my bedroom. She is now pregnant to me, not by accident, but by our mutual choice.
