Our wonderful MFM triad relationship!

Okay, well I guess I will try and start a discussion on here by explaining my triad situation. First off we are in a MFM closed triad. I live in New Mexico and the other two in my triad live in the same town in Texas. None of us live together. She is my former wife and he is my best friend. We began this in April of this year. She and I got back together 2-1/2 years ago after being divorced since 2016. She would come up here and spend about 3 weeks with me every 6 weeks or so. I didn't like the fact that she was alone back in Texas. My best friend had lunch with us one day when I was in town and afterwards he said he was very attracted to her, so I started thinking about how it could work. He works for me, but he is also a contractor. She needed some work done on her house, so he went over there one day to see what she needed done. He called me afterwards and said he could not concentrate while he was there and couldn't keep his eyes off of her. I asked him what he thought about the idea of being her boyfriend there in Texas and I would be her boyfriend here in New Mexico. Then we could also go on trips together and spend time together at either location as well. We both liked the idea. She and I had been swingers before and I knew she did not want to do that again, so when I brought up what she thought about being with him she was against it cause she thought I just wanted to swing again. She and I went on a vacation in early April and I explained to her that what I was talking about was an exclusive closed triad between the three of us. No one else. She liked that idea and after we talked about it on our vacation we decided to give it a try and see how we liked it. She wanted to be with him by herself first and get to know him intimately alone. I was fine with that and it has enabled them to build a stronger relationship than if we had started out being all 3 together. She started driving back to Texas on April 15th and he flew half way and she picked him up, so they could drive back together. After she picked him up they got a hotel and talked for about 2 or 3 hours. It was time to go to dinner and she asked if he'd like an appetizer before dinner, so they had some amazing sex right then. They then went and had a great dinner. After dinner they went back to the room and had sex till about 1am. Then again when they woke up before heading home. She came to visit me a couple of times during the summer for 4 and 5 weeks each time. They would be together when she was home and then of course we were together here. Then in mid September he came up to my place for a weekend and we all played together and hung out. It was fantastic and we're going on a vacation together in October for a week. That should be amazing. We all rocked each other's worlds being together and we can't wait for our vacation. I am so happy that she is not alone now when she is home. He is there for her in case she needs anything and also as a couple. For us this works very well and we are all very pleased with the situation. He and I being best friends and us all trusting each other so much has made this triad so very good. Also, them getting to know each other alone first really made when we all played together for the first time very comfortable. So, we have only been in our triad for a little over 5 months now. There have been some bumps for me cause it took so long for us all to be together, but all in all it has been wonderful. For me, knowing that she has him and there and they also have the most wonderful sex together just soothes my soul and makes me very happy. I don't have a jealous bone in my body, so the arrangement between the 3 of us works amazingly well for all 3 of us.
