My New Neighbor

I'm Judith 34 divorced 1 child 6, my ex left us in early 2019 and left the country. So nothing provided by him to support his child. That's okay I've a good paying job and can work from home if needs be. I divorced the self centered asshole and got full custody of my daughter and also moved house. The pandemic came and we were already settled in our new home and we were okay. In late 2020 the house beside us sold. A single man moved in and kept to himself mostly. It was several weeks before I actually saw him and spoke to him for the first time. His name is David 42 single works a consultant engineer and comes and goes. He was nice to talk with and I didn't really have much to do with him until my car wouldn't start and he had look and gave me his car as I was in a hurry. When I return home he had fixed my car for and it didn't cost me anything. He said there was a short in some wiring and a wire had broken and he changed the wire and now so it worked again. I had the car serviced and told the mechanic of my trouble with the car and how it was fixed, he said it was a problem with my car make and the repair was good. I decided I should do something for David as a thankyou and invited him to dinner and he accepted. While was cooking the meal he play with my daughter and he had her laughing and she really likes him. During dinner I asked the usual question ever married, have children and in any relationship. I got the three no's and I then asked why as you seem to be a perfect father. He said after leaving university he worked all around the world on projects and never had the time. Now a sought after consultant he had slowed down a little bit and had based himself in one place for the first time since university. I started seeing every chance I got and we started going out together, always with my daughter. Finally I had him over for dinner again and after putting my daughter to bed made a move on David and we slept together for the first time and we became regular lovers after that. Then her asked me to marry him and I accepted and we married November last year and I and my daughter moved in with him as he has the bigger house. I sold my house and I now 6 months pregnant and also have a dog. I had work I had to do and David took our daughter as David has adopted her out the zoo and a funfair and there was a person selling puppies. One came up to our daughter and David bought it for her, it was a surprise for me getting home and a puppy came running to meet me. I had told my daughter no pets as we could be there to care for a pet. David told now there was three of us we should be able to care for a puppy called Patches. I was outvoted two to one, but I do love Patches, he sleeps in his bed besides our daughter. My new marriage is just how I thought a marry should be and very happy. When David has to away, I work from home and Patches isn't alone much at all. Picnics in the park with Patches gives us all get fun. David and our Daughter took him to puppy training and he was very good learner and obedient and now I'm outvoted 3 to 1.
