The Agreement

I'm Frank 35 single and a total failure with women, but doing great in my career. Anyway my cousin Kathy 30 divorced no children wanted help starting a business. Help means money to buy a small diner, she's a great cook/chef. Married a chef and helped him with his business until they divorced. But even as they shared their assets she didn't much, the lawyers got the lion's share of their assets. Living in a van park and looking for work she saw the diner and it had a for sale sign out front. It was busy and she thought she could make go of it, but no credit history no loan. Our families are middle class and now well off money wise and already have loans of their own. I on the other hand own my home and have money in the bank. Not enough to buy the diner outright, but more than enough to get a loan and I'm known to the banks as a very good risk. I could guarantee her loan and she would be right to get the diner. She asked me would I be interested in helping her, I wasn't sure at first. But said I'll have to look it over first, so we both went to the diner and it needed upgrading, everything was old and would probably need to be replaced soon or within the next few months. I'm no cook and I was sure it was a good investment. Kathy said it's not the diner but it potential that had her interested. It was busy when we visited, but I still wasn't sure. Kathy has known me all my life and made me an offer she would help find a wife or at least someone to have a child for me. As I've always said I wanted to be a father, but not good with women makes that hard. I didn't think she could pull off such a miracle, but agreed to guarantee her loan. I was still a bit nervous about the loan, Kathy got the diner at better price than they had asked. Using the left over money to update and dress up the diner and she done well for the start and increased the business. My fear was unfounded, but there was the agreement. I didn't expect her to able to complete it, but she gave a good try. She was living with me as I was closer to the diner than the van park and it was cheaper. She cooked my meals and I was spared eating my own cooking. Than I think she finally decided finding me a wife was a lost cause and gave up trying. But with good staff she started getting more time off from the diner. Then late of a Saturday night I was in my bed reading as was usual for me. When Kathy came into my room and told she had found me someone to have a child for me. A surrogate I asked, no me I will give a child and also give myself a child she answered. I was shocked and she continued saying I've done some checking. It should be okay to have a healthy child as there isn't a history of incest in our family and we are cousins not siblings and that reduces the risk even more. I was stunned and just looked at her, she dropped her robe and she was naked underneath. She into bed with and after an awkward started fucked for the first time. She started to sleep with every night after that not always sexual. But after 2 months she was finally pregnant and after every test there is showed the baby girl to be very healthy she told the family. Shocked is mild response to what they thought, but it will do and when our very healthy daughter Marian after our grandmother arrived last November. The Families accepted it and our mother have asked us how many we intend to have. Kathy said we'll see. Grandma Marian widow moved in with us to care for little Marian, while Kathy is at work.
