Inheritance for Grandfather

I'm Errol 24 student and engaged and soon to marry, last year my father's father George died and my father, George junior had already passed away 2 years earlier I was his only heir. My mother left when I was 3 and I haven't heard from or seen her since. George senior was very well off and I inherited a large estate. But the one thing I liked above everything else was his farm 1250 acres of the best land anywhere and it had its own 40 plus acre lake in the middle of it. A 7 bedroom 4 baths house and as well 2 large barns and a stable block and a manager with 5 full-time farmhands to take care of the work on the farm. I am doing farm management and business courses at university and I'm intending to run the farm on finishing my studies. I returned for the funeral and then returned to the university, leaving everything as George senior had it before he passed away. I also met Lacy 23 daughter of my grandfather's nearest neighbor, she is also at the same university as me and I had seen her and hadn't spoken to her before the funeral. I was only a visitor to the farm while my father was alive and had started university before he passed away and only visited on breaks. On my return to university, I started to see Lacy more often and asked her out on dates and we started sleeping together and I decided to get her pregnant and succeeded. Lacy wants to finish university and I've bought a house close to the university for us to live in after the wedding next month. Lacy's mother Grace 41 widow has moved to be close to Lacy during her pregnancy and will also look after the baby while Lacy is a university. Lacy's grandparents are old-style baptists and that why the wedding is so quick. Lacy is an only child like me and her father was the youngest of 3 boys.
