Return to my old School

I'm Max 28 single, I left school at 16 and entered the building industry. I trained in carpentry, plumbing and electrical and once I had qualified in one I moved on to the next. Working weekends and so once I finished and was able to any work on-site in those trades. But the building industry has slowed down in the local area and I applied for the janitor's job at my old school when it came available. I was successful and the school hadn't changed much since I left, it's an old school and really needs a major overhaul and updating. Last year when I started as a janitor, I was always fixing problems due to rats. I spread rat baits all over the school, but they are still a problem. Mainly chewing on electrical cables and getting into computers and other equipment. Then the first day back from spring break last year, I was called to Miss G (Brenda) 54 room as the lights weren't working and found rats had chewed the wire insulation and I had to replace it to get the lights working and spread more rat bait in the ceiling space. Brenda asked me Do I do any private work outside my janitor's work. I replied Yes on the weekend, then she asked me to come and quote on her cottage. So after work that day I went and had a look at her cottage, it was mainly her bathroom and plumbing. On a close look, the bathroom was a total gut job and water pipes all had to be replaced.
A water pipe in the bathroom wall for the shower over the bathtub had been leaking for a while and had rotted the wall, floor, and sill of the window. I told Brenda I could do it all in 2 weekends and rig up a tempory shower and toilet in her laundry. That I could do after work on Friday and tear down the old bathroom the next day and replace most of the water pipes then also. Then start rebuilding it on Sunday and finish it all the following weekend. She accepted my quote and so I started on Friday putting in the tempory shower in a corner of the laundry room where was a drain in the concrete floor and put her toilet on a raised box and connected it to the bathroom's pipe under the cottage. With a curtain and curtain rod in place to provide privacy. On the next morning, I started tearing down the bathroom and at the end of the day, I installed a half-inch pye sheet to close off the door into the cottage as there was a large hole in the exterior wall. Next day I finished removing the rotten floor timbers. By lunchtime, I had started replacing the floor and replaced the exterior wall. After I had finished for the day, I asked Brenda if she wanted to keep the layout the same or change it around. She said She would think about and let me know. I dropped over on the Tuesday after work to see Brenda about changes she wanted in the bathroom. She invited me to stay for dinner and I accepted, after dinner, we talked a while and she asked me if I had a girlfriend. I said No and she then asked would I like to stay the night. I hadn't expected that and after a moment said I would. I haven't had a great deal of success with women and a fuck, a fuck. Brenda and I had sex twice that night and at school the next day, she asked me would I like to come over again that night. If you want I will I replied and she said Yes so I went home after work grabbed some clothes and went over to Brenda's. We had dinner together and then showered together and went to her bed, the next morning she asked me to stay over again and I agreed. Brenda isn't after a relationship, just a regular fuck. I stayed every night with her until the work was finished and regularly fuck her since. She asks me if I'm doing anything or I ask her if she would like me to come over. No strings attached and I have since got a girlfriend Wendy 25 a nurse and when she working nights I see Brenda.
