The Bag Lady

I'm Ross 35 single and have child Millie 4 with Karen 32 my ex partner. I give her support for Millie and for her, we are on relations and are both lawyers and work at the same firm. I bought a 3 bedroom house in an older part of the city for myself. I helped Karen buy her apartment in the city, I see Millie most weekends and take her to visit my parents often. Karen also see them regularly as well, after I bought the house I had some renovations done and I moved in 2 months ago. My house block is larger than most in the area and has an old building at the back in poor condition. I wanted to have it removed, but the city put a heritage restriction on it and I can't touch it. I can only rebuild it to it former glory, I will let it alone for now. The first weekend I was there Millie and Karen were away at Karen's parent wedding anniversary. I was looking out the kitchen window and saw a light in the old building, I went to investigate and found a bag lady was getting ready to sleep there. There isn't much in the way of homeless shelters in the city so a lot of people sleep rough. She was scared of me at first, but once I had calmed her a bit. I told I would let her stay, but no others. As I didn't want a lot of homeless people filling my yard. Her name was Elaine 52 don't bad looking for her age, she had the usual story got divorced husband didn't pay maintenance, lost job and couldn't afford the rent. My house an old swimming pool shower at the rear of the house that still worked, although the pool was long gone. It had hot & cold running water, I told Elaine she could use it and I would try help her find a job. The next day I fixed the broken glass in a window and changed the external door lock to keep others out. I gave a key to Elaine and I also ran a power cord to the building and let her have an a mattress, old bar frig and camp stove. She was grateful for my help, I told if she need food or anything let me know. The following weekend I had Millie and we saw the zoo and had fun, Karen was away at a spa. It was a birthday gift and I had given her, Millie went home Sunday night and Karen looked rested, Karen and me sometimes still had sex and she stayed over at times. But although we like each other a lot, we just couldn't live together. We were more happier apart then together, some friends think we're strange. But it works for us, I had some time off work for decorating the house3 weeks, mainly Millie's room in pink her favorite color. She and Karen came over and gave me some pointers on what I should do. Karen stayed the night and the following weekend her and Millie headed off to visit Karen's sister and family for a week. Elaine came up to the back of the house use the shower. I was sitting in the kitchen having a beer and asked her if she would like a beer, she accepted and she asked me If I had got any of the paint on the walls as I had a it all over me it seemed. Yes I replied and after I had my beer I was going shower myself. I said You can wash my back if you want. To my surprise she said She would like to wash my back. At first I thought she was joking, but then she said She was lonely and would enjoy that and having sex if I wanted too. I decided why not and we showered and slept together and I started to teach her how to use a computer, so she could improve her chances of a job. That was the start of a sexual relationship that is still go today, Elaine moved into my house last week and her and Karen are as thick as thieves. I finally got permission to do up the old building and Elaine and Karen are going to live there when it is finished. Karen is bi sexual and is also sleeping with Elaine and sometimes me as well. Karen has also hired Elaine as her legal assistant. Karen is also pregnant to me again, after our Easter weekend away. That the main reason she going move into the building went is completed early next month. So I will have two women living with me and getting sex from both, Millie likes Elaine and Elaine take Millie shopping sometimes so me and Karen can have some free time together.
