Inheritance

Last year I inherited my uncle's business, I'm Andrew 35 and was his only living relative. It wasn't a major business, but is the biggest employer in the area. I have 32 employees and the business is a hardware and timber and trucking business. I have 1 old cement truck amongst the trucks in the business and it's all that is needed to do what's needed in the local area. We're too far for other outer towners to come and there isn't a great need for cement. Of all the employees there is 6 women, 1 married, 4 singles and a widow. On arrival I decided to update the office equipment and accounting practices of the business. Only 2 of the women work in the office, Amanda 54 married and Gwen 32 widow. Amanda is a large woman with 5 children and Gwen is a petite with glasses and no children. I wasn't going to reduce staff, just make the business run better. Gwen was a shy woman and kept to herself, I was working back one night and Gwen came back to the office and asked if I was going to dismiss her and was there anything at all she could do keep her job. I said I have not made up my mind about any staffing cuts and also asked what did she mean by anything. Gwen replied She would do anything I wanted. I then asked Are you talking about sex. Yes I really need this job she answered. So you would sleep me to keep your Job I asked. Yes she said, I told her that I wasn't going to dismiss anyone and she could relax about her job. Then I added How about we go and get something to eat and I can get to know you better. She agreed and had some dinner at the local diner and talked a bit. A week later, just before everyone finished for the day, I asked Gwen if she would like go to dinner and a movie with me. She agreed and we went to the next town for dinner and than a movie. I gave her a kiss when I dropped her off at her place. We started going out and we soon were sleeping together. After several months I asked her to marry me and she accepted and we celebrated and had sex that night, we didn't take care that time and Gwen got pregnant. Just over a month later we married and our son was born in late July.
