The offer I couldn't refuse

I was 54 at the time single and had been all my life. Owned my own house and financially well-off great career. Never good at dating, I got a new neighbor 37 a career woman she was friendly, not that I tried to date. But our paths started to cross often in our careers, then in August last year she came over to my house to see me about personal matter. Neither of us are anything special in looks, but we got along very well. Her problem was her age, and she wanted a child, one at least two would be better. Her clock was ticking she said and of all the men she knew I was the most suitable, firstly because I was unattached and secondly not a jerk like the other unattached men she knew. Simple request, help her get pregnant, either via sperm donation or sex. I was at first shocked, but I also wouldn't mind being a parent. So, I agreed leaving up to her to choose the method a few days later she said straight sex was the easiest way due to the many legal hassles for single women. So, she started staying the night and she quickly got pregnant, confirmed early November. Much too quick for my liking, I was enjoying the sex. Fortunately, she continued coming over for sex, saying I'd earned it, the baby boy due in late June early July. I've also said if she decides she wants another, I'm quite willing to help out again. We aren't in a formal relationship but regularly dine together and enjoy sex with each other. Still live apart, it may not be a normal relationship, but it works for us.
