My arrogant neighbor

I've lived alone sine my wife died 2022 of Cancer, my two children visit with their families fairly regularly. I'm comfortable financially and still work from home as a freelance consultant. My neighbor 64 is a very arrogant man, always thinks he know everything about everything, he inherited a lot and doesn't need to work, tells everybody he is a self-made man. He is somewhat correct; he did make himself into the arrogant ignorant person he is other than that he's lying. He married a desperate woman (late 2022); she must have been really desperate. He wanted a child at least, more the better. But he isn't very healthy, eats poorly, smokes heavily, drinks heavily and does drugs I'm sure as he is not with it a great deal of the time. Treats his wife more as a slave than a wife, by the end of November 2023 he was unhappy as she hadn't yet got pregnant. His wife was worried he would divorce her and enforce their prenup. I'd gotten to know her since they had married and we were friendly especially when he was either asleep, passed out from drinking or out somewhere. She confided in me about his bedroom performance, rarely able to stay awake long enough to perform or just fell asleep on top of her. At Christmas 2023 and I took the chance for some sexual fun, as he was drunk almost every day and passed out. It wasn't hard for me to convince his wife to let me fuck her, she duly got pregnant and arrogant neighbor was happy, then unhappy finding out his wife was having a daughter not a son. I already knew I was the father as I'm the only one she was actually getting fucked by. So, I said Well you'll have to do it all again, to which he responded you bet I will. June 2024, he had a heart attack but recovered, not taking notice of his doctor's advice. Last month his wife was pregnant again by me, I've kept up a regular sex life with her since we'd started. It's not hard he is usually unaware of much, sometimes I think I could fuck in front him, and he wouldn't realize as I think he has increased his drug use. Will find out shortly whether or not he gets his wish for a son this time. Anyway, I will still keep fucking his wife anyway.
