I got what I wanted

My last year of high school I had a crush on a teacher, but that is how it stayed. A year after I finished college, I seen her again. Her career wasn't going poorly, and she was out of work. I'm being very financially well off; thought I could finally bed her. I hired her to assist me in researching a project for my 765acre property. I wanted to improve it and wanted to add a lake and a small forest and enlarge the only hill on the property. I could use the soil from building the lake to raise the hill, I knew that but just digging hole doesn't make the perfect lake. I wanted to stock it with fish and needed to know what else was required so I didn't end up with dead fish. The forest was easier as you can buy trees ready to be planted, but you need a few other things to make it look more natural. That was her job researching the requirements, because I'm lazy and will pay someone to do the research instead of me doing it. Of course, we needed a lot of travel, and she soon realized extra duties were required. She done what was required, I really enjoyed the sex and when told I needed to take precautions, I ignored it as is my way. I don't like being told what I've to do and so now I've a daughter 1 and a son on the way due in April. Not married just still fucking my assistant my former high school teacher. She is quite willing and we've a legal agreement that suits us both.
