Low Esteem

Being a regular failure at dating women, I decided to change my approach. I started to ask out women of a lower esteem than the popular women I'd tried dating before. But it didn't result in any improvement and so I lowered my requirements further. Only keeping a couple of my previous requirements, not overly overweight or drug antics. Finally getting a date with a slightly nervous woman. She was slim and worn thick glasses and her assets were easily visible as she didn't dress to impress. I enjoyed our first date enough to ask her out again and we sort of fell into a relationship by accident after that. She had taken our first 2 dates as a sign I was very interested in her and she would seek me out at university. I was at first going to tell her we were over as I thought she was too pushy. But changed my mind, when I realized I was doing the best I've ever done with a woman. So, I relaxed and decided to go with the flow as they say and hoped I could have sex with a woman without paying for it for once. As luck would have it, I got very lucky with her and got her into bed and had sex with her (2019). I was careful and even those she was drunk, and I'd taken advantage. She was okay with my actions, and I saw her regularly after that night and succeeded in having her again and she wasn't drunk that time. Decided to advance my relationship with her and asked her to move in with me and at first, she was unsure. But finally agreed and we started living together only a month before Covid lockdown. Which was very beneficial to me as with the lockdown I wouldn't be alone if she hadn't move in and sex became a regular pastime for us. Of course, we got careless at least once and by the time the lockdown ended she was pregnant. I realized I was quite happy with her being pregnant and asked her to marry me on it being confirmed by her doctor. Having already picked up some jewelry catalogues, so she could pick her own engagement ring. She accepted my proposal, and we married within a month, and I've never regrated my decision. Our second child was born last November and were planning on 4. My wife runs the house and family and supports me in my business as well. I consider my love life a total success now.
