Strange Woman

I'm single and had bought a house on the edge of town, it came with 4 acres of land. I'd no animals and just wanted some space around me. Then one day a Sunday I noticed a mature woman walking about my property, I went to enquire who she was and what she wanted. As I approached a car pulled up on the dirt road near mu boundary and a younger woman got out and started calling to the mature woman. I arrived near the women who were then together, the younger woman said sorry for her mother wandering on to my property. Her mother had dementia and had lived on my property as a child. Now when she got loose, she would go to place she had lived at before. Mine being a favorite, but her previous visits I hadn't seen her or was out at the time. No harm done and they left, the younger woman was her daughter and carer and had to work to support them. So, every now and then her mother would wander off and then the daughter would have to find her. Later that week I again met the daughter and I asked how her mother was and was told a hand full. The daughter gave me her number incase her mother returned. The daughter wasn't dating or in any relationship and I thought I might ask her out. But didn't as she wasn't dating due to caring for her mother and I was sick of rejections. The mother returned several more times and stayed longer each time as I got talking with her daughter. Finally, I heard they were looking for a new place to rent as the current lease was up and the owners returning to live there. Having trouble finding a suitable place she could afford, I'd an idea, my place has 4bedrooms 2baths. I offered to let them stay with me, adding her mother might relax more here than somewhere else. But I hoped it might get me closer to the daughter also, at first, she wasn't interested. But changed her mind as the time for them to move got closer and nothing else available. Them moving in was better than I first thought it would be, the mother wasn't much trouble at all. Contented being at the home she had loved the most in her life. The daughter and I got on very well, having no relationship at that time. But it was early 2020 and the pandemic wasn't yet a thing, everything changed as it took hold. The daughter and me being together almost all the time and her losing her job due to pandemic. Helped me, finally starting a relationship and sleeping together every night thereafter. Not always sexual, but enough to get her pregnant by the time the lockdown ended. I took the easy path and married her, now able to care for her mother fulltime without working. She runs the house cares for her mother and our 3 children and also looks after me.
